This is what the LNC wants to destroy. We're not letting that happen.

The Libertarian Party of New Hampshire is under attack. The Libertarian National Committee — under the control of a faction hostile to principled libertarianism — has moved to disaffiliate LPNH on pretextual grounds, stripping New Hampshire libertarians of their national party membership. We are fighting back in court, and we need your help to win.

The LNC's stated justification centers on a 2024 Trump endorsement made by a previous LPNH leadership team. Not one member of the current executive committee voted for that endorsement. Our members are being punished for decisions made by people who no longer lead this organization.

LPNH has the highest dues-paying membership per capita of any state affiliate, eight lifetime members and former officers elected to the state legislature, and over 53 million impressions in the last twelve months. This is what the LNC wants to silence. We will not be silenced by bureaucrats in Washington who disagree with us on matters of basic biology and social science.

Disaffiliation would strip every LPNH member of ballot access, national convention voting rights, and the ability to run candidates under the Libertarian Party banner in New Hampshire. It would also set a precedent — a roadmap for the LNC to purge any state affiliate that refuses to toe the progressive-libertarian coalition's party line.

The LNC's action was taken without due process and in violation of the national party's own bylaws. The real motivation is ideological: the LNC faction in control wants to remake the party in its own image, and LPNH — whose members have never shied away from stating factual truths — became a target.

We have retained legal counsel and are prepared to litigate this fully. New Hampshire libertarians — members, donors, and allies across the country — have rallied behind us. Now we need the resources to see this through to victory.
